Once you have successfully transferred your money, contact our customer support team by phone or WhatsApp on this number +232 33 777111. Make sure you provide your Online Account ID and the amount that you have transferred.
Our Customer Service team will then have your account credited once confirmation is received.

Vouchers /Shop Cash

- - - - Head to our nearest Shop or POS, ask the cashier to deposit online, using your online account ID.
      - Make sure you keep the receipt (Note: this deposit code can be redeemed ONLY by your account).
      - Log in to your account.
      - Click on “DEPOSIT” at the main menu.
    - - Select Shop Cash as deposit method
    - - Enter your code found on your receipt then click on deposit.
