By checking the “I am at least 18 years old and have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy” box as part of the registration process, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which include and are inseparably linked to our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Player Protection Policy, Sporting Rules, Gaming Rules, Cashout Terms, Promotion Terms and Conditions and other promotion-specific terms regarding your Entry. You are bound by the Terms and Conditions in all cases if you use the Service, including, but not limited to, if you initiate or make a deposit through the Service or if you submit details of your deposit to us.

Definitions 

In these Terms and Conditions: 

“Bwinners Net Limited” refers to the brand and all products offered “online” (accessible via computer or laptop) via www. Bwinners.net and on “mobile” (accessible via mobile phone or tablet) via m. Bwinners Net Limited.com. This includes: Sports and Games or via the USSD interface. 

“Closed Account Customer” means a person whose registered account has been closed, de-registered or banned by us or you; 

“Client(s)” means a Registered Client or a Closed Account Client; 

“Client Funds” means the aggregate value of funds held by the Operator to the credit of Clients, including, without limitation: a) cleared funds deposited to Bwinners Net Limited by Clients to provide stakes, or to satisfy fees participation in future gambling; b) winnings or prizes which the Client has chosen to leave on deposit with Bwinners Net Limited or for which Bwinners Net Limited is still accountable to the Client; and c) any crystallized, but not yet paid out loyalty program or other bonus. 

“Intellectual Property” means trademarks and trade names, whether registered or unregistered, including trademark applications and registered trademarks, together with the goodwill attaching to such trade names and trademarks, the names of domain, getups, trade dress, and business style, including without limitation as featured in the Websites; domain name registrations and all variations thereof now and in the future; any copyright in the getup, trade dress or trade style, any right or license under copyright to use such getup, trade dress or trade style, any software code, any architecture software, the look and feel of the software, or any other intellectual property, 

“Offer” means all Bwinners Net Limited games/offers. 

“Operator” means the operator of the Website, Bwinners.sl, with a registered address at 1Wilbeforce street Freetown 

“Participating” means any conduct described in Section 4 below, including visiting Bwinners Net Limited, playing any part of the Offering or using our Website in any way. 

“Registered Customer” means a person who has successfully registered an Account with us in the manner described in clause 4.2 and the Account is deemed to be “open”. 

“Service” means the availability and provision of the Website which enables you to participate. 

“We” means the Operator and (where the context permits) its holding companies and associated companies. 

“Website” means www. Bwinners.net. 

“You/Your”, also referred to as “Client”, means any person who enters Bwinners Net Limited and participates in any part of the Offering provided by Bwinners Net Limited. 

About Bwinners Net Limited and Safeguarding Customer Funds 

Bwinners.sl is a brand managed by the Operator, Bwinners.sl, a Sierra Leone registered company whose registered address is 1Wilbeforce street Freetown, Sierra Leone 

The Customer ‘Gaming Contract’ is held with the Operator, Bwinners.sl, and is entered into upon the successful registration of an account at Bwinners.sl. All transactions between you and the Operator take place in 1Wilbeforce street Freetown, where the principal servers are based. 

All Customer Funds held by the Operator are held separately from the Operator’s funds in accounts separate from its business account. This means that steps have been taken to protect Customer Funds, but that in the event of insolvency there is no absolute guarantee that all funds will be repaid 

License and regulatory authority 

The Operator, Bwinners.sl, is licensed and regulated by the Gaming Board Of Sierra Leone. 

Alderney Gambling Control Commission and are hence not under the supervision of the Sierra Leone Gaming Authority. They may be provided with their own terms and conditions. In case of conflict between them and these Terms & Conditions, such terms and conditions shall prevail. 

Your participation in Bwinners Net Limited 

 

4.1. Restrictions 

 

You can only participate in Bwinners Net Limited if you are over 18 years old. 

It is illegal to participate in Bwinners Net Limited if you are under 18 years old. 

You cannot participate in Bwinners Net Limited.com if you are geographically located in excluded countries as mentioned. These countries are considered “Excluded Territories”. 

Bets placed from any of the Excluded Territories will be void and any deposits or bets made by persons located in such jurisdictions will be refunded, less an administrative fee of 10% of the total deposits made by the person, in addition to any fees which may be charged by the bank or financial institution handling the aforementioned cancellation. 

It is the Customer’s responsibility to know if their participation is legal in their jurisdiction. 

Anyone who knowingly violates this Section 4.1, including any attempt to circumvent this restriction, such as by using a VPN, proxy, or similar service that obscures or manipulates identification of your real location, or otherwise provides false or misleading as to your location or residence, or by placing bets or wagers using the Website through or on behalf of a third party located in an Excluded Territory, is in breach with these Terms and Conditions. You may commit fraud and be subject to criminal prosecution. 

4.2. Acceptance By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you are fully aware that there is a risk of losing money while playing and you are fully responsible for any such losses. You agree that your participation in Bwinners Net Limited is at your sole option, discretion and risk. With respect to your losses, you will have no recourse against Bwinners Net Limited or any partner, or respective directors, officers or employees. 

4.3. Eligible Customers Employees and former employees (less than 3 years ago) of the Operator, its affiliates, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, retailers and immediate family members are not eligible to participate in Bwinners Net Limited.

 

4.4. Identification documents 

 

To participate in Bwinners Net Limited, you must enter your personal data during the account registration process. Personal data includes, but is not limited to: first name, last name, address, date of birth, etc. The “know your client” procedure will be executed when a client makes a deposit to his client account. 

Upon making a withdrawal request you may also be required to send in valid identification documents proving your age and address. In accordance with the Sierra Leone regulatory requirements, Bwinners.sl is required to verify a Customer’s identity upon cumulative withdrawals of LEONES 360,000 LEONES (or the equivalent value of the Customer’s chosen currency). Upon such request, the withdrawal will not be processed for payment until Bwinners.sl has received all requested identification documents. Acceptable identification documentation includes, but is not limited to: 

 copy of a valid photographic identification document, such as a Passport or Driver’s License; 

copy of a recent utility bill confirming residence, such as an electricity bill, telephone bill etc. (important: the utility bill must not be older than 3 months);  and copy of a recent credit / debit / bank account statement (note: the account statement must relate to a financial method used and must not be older than 3 months). 

 

4.5. Age Verification and Identification Policy 

 

Payment for a withdrawal request will only be made to a registered customer. You hereby authorize us and our appointed agents to confirm your identity and clarify your right to use the money you have wagered on Bwinners Net Limited. 

We may hold all funds in your Bwinners Net Limited client account until your age is successfully verified. If at the end of the age verification process you are found to be underage, Bwinners Net Limited will return all deposits made to the account to you, voiding all winnings and/or bonuses. 

 

4.6. Risk 

 

You agree that your participation in Bwinners Net Limited is at your sole option, discretion and risk. Further, you agree that your participation in Bwinners Net Limited is for your personal entertainment and non-professional use and that you are acting on your own behalf. 

 

4.7. Acceptable use 

 You represent, warrant and agree that you will comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding your use of the Website and the Service. We are not responsible for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Website or Service by you. By accepting these general conditions, you agree to help us, to the extent of your possibilities, to comply with applicable laws and regulations. 

Your account 

 

  5.1. Single account 

 

 You can only register and manage one account with Bwinners Net Limited. If you hold more than one account, we reserve the right to suspend all duplicate accounts until all account details and balances (belonging to you) are consolidated. Once this is complete, all other accounts will be terminated, leaving only one active account. Bwinners Net Limited may, at its sole discretion, refuse to register a customer account, or close an existing customer account, but all contractual obligations already made will be honored. 

 

5.2. Exactness 

 

You are responsible for keeping your registration data up to date at all times. If you change your address, email, phone number, or any other contact or personal information, please contact Customer Service to update your account information. The name you provide to Bwinners Net Limited during registration must match the name on your government-issued ID. 

 

5.3. Password 

 

The Customer account registration process asks you to choose your own username and password combination. You must keep this information secret. All actions performed through your account will be valid if your username and password have been entered correctly. Bwinners Net Limited cannot be held responsible for the unauthorized use or misuse of personal data. 

 

5.4. Verification of bank details 

 

If you use a credit/debit card and/or a financial/banking account for transactions on Bwinners Net Limited, the name of the account/card holder MUST be the same as the one you used during registration a Bwinners Net Limited account. If the name you registered on the Bwinners Net Limited account and the name that appears on your credit/debit card and/or financial/banking account differ in any way, your account will be suspended immediately. If your account is suspended, we recommend contacting Customer Service for details on our verification process. 

 

5.5. No Liability 

 

Bwinners Net Limited accepts no liability for any damage or loss which is believed or alleged to have been caused by or in connection with your entry, including without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, failure of communications or lines, misuse by any person of the offer or the website, its content or any errors or omissions in the content of the website. 

 

5.6. Dormant / inactive accounts 

 

Bwinners Net Limited will consider an account to be dormant/inactive after a period of 12 months since the last account login. Bwinners Net Limited will endeavor to contact the Client before designating an account as dormant. If no response is received from the Client within 7 days of the date Bwinners Net Limited attempted to contact the Client, the account will be designated as Dormant. 

 

 

5.7. Account transfers 

 

 The transfer of funds between individual accounts is strictly prohibited. Clients are prohibited from selling, transferring and/or acquiring accounts to/from other Clients. 

 

  

 

5.8. Interests 

 

Funds held in your client account are not remunerated. 

 

5.9. Account suspended 

Bwinners.sl reserves the right to suspend, close or terminate your Customer account at its sole discretion, should you be suspected of: 

 

having unlawfully obtained winnings; or 

 

having violated these Terms & Conditions. 

 

You will be notified of Bwinners.sl decision via e-mail and, if the suspension leads to the retention of winnings, a documented copy of the decision may be sent to the Sierra Leone Gaming Authority, as appropriate. During any suspension period, it will not be possible for you to unlock the account. 

  

5.10. Account closure and temporary suspension 

 

If you wish to close your customer account, please contact customer service for assistance. Our chilling and exclusion procedures are summarized in clause 9.2 of these Terms and Conditions and are set out in detail in our Responsible Gambling Policy. 

 

 

5.11. Change of Offers 

 

Bwinners Net Limited reserves the right to suspend, modify or remove or add content to the Website or the Services at its sole discretion with immediate effect and without notice. We shall not be liable to you for any loss suffered as a result of any changes made or for any modification or suspension or discontinuance of the Website or the Services and you shall have no claim against Bwinners Net Limited in this regard. 

 

 

Deposits and withdrawals 

  

 

6.1. Identity checks 

 

Bwinners Net Limited must receive and successfully verify your identification documents, either through internal means or through a third party, before you can withdraw from your account. 

 

6.2. Credit checks 

 

Bwinners Net Limited reserves the right to carry out external checks on all cardholders with third party credit agencies based on information provided during registration. 

 

  

 

6.3. Recordings 

 

It is the cardholder’s responsibility to keep copies of transaction records and these Terms and Conditions, as updated from time to time. 

 

6.4. Withdrawals 

 

The minimum withdrawal amount and withdrawal processing time depend on the payment method selected, as detailed in the Withdrawals section. In addition, these times are indicative of the usual internal payment confirmation times in working days and are only estimates. 

 

Withdrawals can only be made from your Sports Cash account. 

 

All withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used to make a deposit to the account. As outlined in section 5.4, if a financial account and/or credit/debit card has been used to deposit funds, the name registered on the Customer account held with Bwinners.sl must correspond to the name registered on the financial account/card. In the case of a request to pay funds via Direct Bank Transfer (DBT), the acquiring bank account must be held in the same name as used during registration of the Customer account. Bwinners.sl reserves the right to require the use of the same payment method for withdrawal as was used to deposit, or a specific payment method at our own discretion. 

 

Please note that withdrawals may experience a slight delay due to our identity verification process and certain deposit methods will require additional verification at time of Withdrawal. In the case of a withdrawal being made for the first time, a large withdrawal or changes being made to payment options, we may take additional security measures to ensure that you are the rightful recipient of the funds. 

 

Where applicable, Bwinners.sl may, at its sole discretion, reverse/refund a Customer’s deposited funds instead of processing a withdrawal transaction via another or the same payment method. 

 

Bwinners.sl limits the amount of maximum winnings you may accrue to 500,000 SLE or currency equivalents in one day (24 hours). The Maximum total withdrawal amount from all available products within a 30-day time period is unlimited. 

 

Bank Wire payments are executed in EUR. It is the customer’s responsibility to submit such payments to bank accounts that can accept transactions in the pre-mentioned currencies. 

 

One credit/debit card or bank transfer withdrawal a month (30 consecutive days) is processed without an additional operational fee. Additional credit/debit card or bank transfer withdrawals might be charged an additional operational fee of €5. 

 

In circumstances where a Customer makes a deposit and thereafter requests a withdrawal without having wagered the amount of their deposited funds at least three (3) times  ( wagering on Spin and Keno does not count in this process ) prior to the withdrawal request, then Bwinners.sl may, at its sole discretion, charge a withdrawal fee of up to 10 % of the requested withdrawal amount. 

  

 

6.5. Deposits 

 

  

 

The minimum deposit amount and deposit processing time depend on the payment method selected, as detailed in the Deposits section. In addition, these times are indicative of typical deposit confirmation times in business days and are estimates only. 

 

In accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations, we reserve the right to ask questions or demand documentation relating to the origin of deposited funds. If the information and/or documents provided are not considered satisfactory, Bwinners Net Limited may suspend/terminate the Client’s account and transmit any necessary information to the competent authorities. 

 

  

 

6.6. Update payment details 

 

Updating or adding additional payment details for the sole purpose of making a withdrawal can only be done by contacting customer service. 

 

6.7. Error 

 

If funds are credited to a Client’s account or credited to a financial account and/or credit/debit card in error, it is the Client’s responsibility to notify Bwinners Net Limited of the error without delay. Any winnings resulting from the error will be deemed invalid and returned to Bwinners Net Limited. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your balance and/or recover from your account any deposits, payouts, bonuses and any winnings that are attributable to such error. 

 

  

 

6.8. Refunds 

 

Refunds may be made in exceptional circumstances and will be made solely at the discretion of Bwinners Net Limited. 

 

 

Promotion Terms 

7.1. Separate terms and conditions 

 

Bwinners Net Limited may, from time to time, offer promotions and/or competitions which are governed by separate terms and conditions. Any promotion, bonus or special gift credited to your account must be used in accordance with these terms and conditions. 

 

The Bwinners Net Limited promotion conditions, which form part of these Terms and Conditions, can be viewed at:

In the event and to the extent of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Promotion-Specific Terms, the Promotion-Specific Terms shall prevail. 

 

  

 

7.2. Right of termination 

 

Bwinners Net Limited reserves the right to withdraw any promotion, contest, bonus or special offer at any time. 

 

Privacy Policy 

  

Bwinners Net Limited is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. In addition, the Operator complies with all applicable data protection and privacy laws. If you do not understand how we process or use the personal information you provide to us, we recommend that you review our Privacy Policy. 

 

Our Privacy Policy is inseparable from these Terms and Conditions and its acceptance is a prerequisite for account registration. 

 

By agreeing to the migration of an existing account from another brand to the Operator, you hereby consent, in addition to the transfer of your account balance, to the transfer of your personal information, including your full name, date of birth, registered deposit methods, your contact details, contact records and details of your past transactions and visits. 

 

You hereby consent to receive marketing communications from the Operator regarding its offerings by email, post, SMS and telephone notifications, from which you may unsubscribe at any time by contacting Customer Service.

Although Bwinners Net Limited does everything reasonably possible to enforce its responsible gaming policies, Bwinners Net Limited accepts no liability if you nevertheless continue to play and/or seek to use the Website or the Service with the intention deliberately avoiding relevant measures in place and/or if Bwinners Net Limited is unable to enforce its measures/policies for reasons beyond Bwinners Net Limited’s reasonable control.

You acknowledge and agree that the materials and content of the Offer and the Website are made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use of this material and content is strictly prohibited. 

 

 

Game Interruptions 

  

12.1. No warranty 

 

The Service, Offering and Website are provided “as is” and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding satisfactory quality, suitability, completeness or accuracy of the Service, Offering or Website. 

 

12.2. Malfunctions 

 

We are not responsible for any computer malfunctions, failures in telecommunications services or internet connections, or any attempts by you to participate in Bwinners Net Limited by methods, means or ways not intended by us. 

 

In the event of a misconfigured promotion or paytable and/or an error in the game software in any way, Bwinners Net Limited reserves the right to change balances and game details. Customer’s account to correct these errors. Bwinners Net Limited reserves the right to withdraw any part of the Offering from the Website at any time. Any part of the Offer that indicates improper behavior affecting payouts, game data, or other balances, which may be due to misconfiguration or a bug, will be voided and removed from the Website. Customer account balances and details may be amended in such cases to correct any errors. 

 

In addition, live television and other broadcasts provided to you as part of any Bwinners Net Limited offer may be delayed, which will lead to others processing more up-to-date information in connection with such broadcasts. In the event that any particular information (score, match time, etc.) is incorrect, we assume no liability in this regard. 

 

  

 

12.3. Virus

We may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service for any reason at our sole discretion. We may, but are not required to, give you as much notice as possible of such suspension. We will restore the Service, as soon as reasonably possible, after such temporary suspension. 

 

12.5. Bets cancelled 

 

In the event of a system malfunction, all unconfirmed bets are void. We are not liable to you for any loss you may suffer as a result of such suspension or delay. To the extent that a cancelled “won” bet results in a negative balance in your customer account, we reserve the right to recover this amount from deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and winnings in your account.

13.2. Submission of complaint 

 

Customer complaints/complaints, regardless of their nature, must be submitted within 3 months of the occurrence of the problem. 

 

In order to ensure that your complaint/complaint is directed to the correct department and investigated, written communication should be submitted to Bwinners Net Limited by the following means:

13.3. Information to be included in any written communication with Bwinners Net Limited 

 

  

 

In order to protect your privacy, all e-mail communications between you and Bwinners Net Limited must be made using the e-mail address you have registered in your customer account with Bwinners Net Limited. Failure to do so may result in a delay in our response. 

 

The following information should be included in any written communication with Bwinners Net Limited (including a complaint): your user name; your first and last name, as registered in your customer account; a detailed explanation of the complaint/complaint; and any specific dates and times associated with the complaint/complaint (if applicable). 

 

Please note that any failure to send a written communication containing the information described above may result in a delay in our ability to identify and respond to your complaint/complaint in a timely manner. Upon receipt, we will endeavor to respond to your communication within 48 hours. In addition, we will do our best to resolve any reported issues quickly and, at most, within one month. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint/complaint, you can refer the matter to one of our alternative dispute resolution service providers (see section 14). 

 

13.4. collusion 

 

Should you ever suspect that a Customer is colluding with another Customer or cheating in any way, please notify Bwinners.sl via the means of communication listed in the above Customer Complaints procedure (set out at section 13). 

13.5

It is imperative that the tickets in the customer’s possession are kept in impeccable condition to ensure that they can be read by our scanning system. In the event of deterioration, erasure, inability to scan the barcode, or if the identification information becomes illegible, ticket processing will be impossible.

 

 

In addition, any barcode on a ticket not originally printed will be considered invalid. Only barcodes and identification information officially printed on the ticket are recognized by our services.

 

  

 

15.1. Compensation 

 

You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our directors, officers, employees, shareholders, agents and affiliates, our ultimate parent and parent companies, and all of our subsidiaries, against all the costs, expenses, liabilities and damages (whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive or otherwise) arising out of any participation by you, including, without limitation: 

 

Visiting, using or reusing the website; 

 

Use or reuse of the website by means of telecommunications services; 

 

the use or re-use of any material on or obtained from the Website or any other source whatsoever; 

 

Access to, use or reuse of the website server; 

 

Facilitate or make a deposit into your account at Bwinners Net Limited; 

 

Bet or gamble on Bwinners Net Limited through any delivery mechanism offered; And 

 

Acceptance and use of any winnings or prizes to or from Bwinners Net Limited. 

 

15.2. Limitation of Liability 

 

The entire liability of our directors, officers, employees, shareholders, agents and affiliates, our ultimate parent company and our parent companies and any of our subsidiaries to you, in contract, tort, negligence or other, for any loss or damage howsoever caused, whether direct or indirect, or for any amount (even if you have advised us of the possibility of such loss or damage ) will not exceed the value of bets and/or stakes placed by you through your account in respect of the bet/stake or product which gave rise to the liability in question. 

 

15.3. Connections 

 

Bwinners Net Limited shall not be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage arising out of or in any way related to your use of any link contained on the Website. We are not responsible for the content of any website linked to/from the Websites or through the Services. 

 

15.4. Neglect 

 

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall operate to exclude any liability of the Operator for fraud, death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Operator.

16.1. No legal or tax advice 

 

Bwinners Net Limited does not provide tax and/or legal advice. Clients seeking tax and legal advice are encouraged to contact the appropriate advisers. 

 

16.2. No arbitration

If Bwinners Net Limited believes that you have deliberately used the systems to achieve financial gains through arbitration, all winnings will be forfeited and deducted from your balance without warning or notification.

17.1. Bwinners Net Limited reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason at any time without notice to you. Any balance in your account at the time of such cancellation will be credited to your credit/debit card or financial account.
